On Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4 this error comes due to the follow reason.
If MS Asynchronous service has been disabled or stopped then following error occurs.“The key specified to compute a hash value is expired, only active keys are valid. Expired key……”
To fix this issue go to Server>Administrative tools>Services>MS CRM Asynchronus Processing Service (right click on it and start it)
This should fix the issue
